Information Security

Information security policies play a critical role in information security governance. They serve to formally communicate the general expectations and intentions of senior management with respect to safeguarding information, in accordance with the business objectives and needs of the organization.
To emphasize the importance of keeping information confidential, our company requires all employees to sign an undertaking to respect this policy. We hope to ensure that all employees are acquainted with the policy and understand their obligations and responsibilities. At the same time, we also constantly deliver security education, trainings, and publicity activities to strengthen employees’ security awareness. We offer annual information security as well as data privacy training to team members. The courses cover various topics, including social awareness engineering and data protection.
To ensure that employees uphold their responsibilities in safeguarding the company's trade secrets even after their employment concludes, we mandate all staff members to sign a confidentiality agreement. It is imperative for them to diligently safeguard the company's confidential information, and any breaches will incur a specified level of compensation. This commitment is regarded as a civil agreement, aligning with the responsibilities of these employees under civil law.
JYT will comply with applicable laws, governmental guidelines, contractual obligations, and other social norms related to information security. We will also continuously implement information security management through the establishment of governance and risk management.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

Prevention of bribery and corruption is one of our company's priorities to ensure legitimate interests, maintain a healthy, transparent, and fair competition business environment, and to bring the best benefits to stakeholders.
At JYT, the regulations on the prevention of anti-bribery and anti-corruption are clearly set out and communicated to all employees in several forms, including communication by managers and emails sent to all employees. The company takes appropriate and zero-tolerance measures against all forms of bribery and corruption and will conduct its business activities ethically, honestly, and with high standards of integrity. Our measures also apply to business activities outside the company's territory; this is expressed in the labor regulations at the highest level. Our severe penalties include but not limited to dismissal and compensation for damages.
All employees signing JYT’s labor contract and commitment of good conducts should be aware of the content of preventing conflict of interest, anti-corruption, and anti-bribery as well as comply with the Labor Contract Appendix with the company.

JYT strictly forbids employees from seeking or accepting any personal gifts, proprietary benefits, or any entertainment based on his or her employment, title, or position with JYT. However, small non-cash gifts designed to promote corporate culture and consistent with local business practices, as well as non-luxury meals for legitimate business purposes, are exceptions to this general prohibition.

The company encourages employees and our business partners to report all suspected or deliberate violations of anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations. Retaliation against those who report such violations is strictly prohibited. JYT is committed to safeguarding the identity and reputation of its employees and ensures that no punitive measures are taken against individuals who refuse to engage in bribery, accept bribes, or participate in any illegal activities.
