ZHEJIANG JYT is committed to providing employees with a comfortable, fair, and safe working environment. To this end, the company has established a series of procedural documents to ensure that everyone is treated equally and justly.

ZHEJIANG JYT solemnly commits to the following:

The company ensures that all recruitment processes comply with national laws and regulations. Within the scope of its business operations, the company strictly prohibits the use of forced, bonded (including debt bondage), indentured, or involuntary prison labor. It does not engage in slavery or human trafficking and ensures that all employment is based on the free will of the employee.

The company prohibits any form of discrimination based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, social group membership, genetic information, or marital status. It also strictly forbids all forms of illegal or inhumane harassment, abuse, or corporal punishment, and ensures effective enforcement of company policies and regulations.

ZHEJIANG JYT fully implements the State Council’s “Provisions on the Prohibition of Using Child Labor” and the “Special Protection Provisions for Underage Workers,” complies with customer-specific requirements and RBA standards, and has developed corresponding policies and procedures. These are communicated to all employees and other stakeholders.
