In recent years, the most discussed topic among companies is undoubtedly related to Environmental Protection, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance (ESG). ESG is currently a strategic and urgent global trend. JYT recognizes the importance of ESG for businesses and is committed to sustainable development. We are continuously implementing a series of related policies, hoping to integrate the spirit of ESG into our daily operations and workplaces.

In addition to dedicating efforts to internalize ESG policies within the company, JYT also participated in an ESG management course organized by the Learning Company in November of this year. The core focus of this course is to remind companies how to promote the spirit of ESG, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and create a positive working environment for employees.

The course, conducted by industry experts, is broadly divided into ESG management practices and DEI culture explanations. This aims to enable companies to simultaneously embody the core values and principles of ESG in the process of formulating company policies, organizational governance rules, and performance indicators. At the same time, it provides a clear guide on how companies can establish a strong DEI culture to attract more talented individuals.
