To promote employee interaction and enhance teamwork, JYT held its 2026 annual team-building event on April 24. Through a variety of group activities and hands-on workshops, employees enjoyed a fun and engaging experience that encouraged communication, strengthened relationships, and created lasting memories.
This year’s event was themed around “Emotional Exploration” Participants first completed a questionnaire designed to identify their emotional tendencies and were then grouped into six themed teams: Nunu (Anger), Lele (Joy), Jiaojiao (Anxiety), Yanyan (World-weary), Aiai (Sadness), and Juju (Fear) By bringing together individuals with different personality traits and emotional characteristics, the activity encouraged employees to recognize their strengths, appreciate diverse perspectives, and work together toward common goals.
The morning session featured a laser tag competition and a series of team-based challenge games. Team members actively collaborated, discussed strategies, assigned roles, and supported one another throughout the activities. The event was filled with energy, laughter, and enthusiasm, showcasing the spirit of teamwork and positive engagement that defines JYT. After several exciting rounds of competition, Team Yanyan emerged as the overall champion.
In the afternoon, employees participated in a succulent planting DIY workshop. Each participant designed and painted a personalized plant pot before creating a unique succulent arrangement. The activity provided an opportunity for relaxation, creativity, and self-expression, allowing employees to take home a meaningful keepsake and a touch of greenery.
JYT places great importance on employee well-being and corporate culture. Through team-building activities like this, the company not only helps employees relieve stress but also promotes cross-departmental communication and collaboration. Looking ahead, JYT will continue to organize diverse employee engagement programs to foster a positive, supportive, and dynamic workplace, while growing and achieving success together with all employees.
