To enhance team cohesion and strengthen cross-departmental communication, Sixxon Group organized a unique “Water and Land Challenge” team-building event at Jiangxiang Ecological Park in early summer 2026. Through activities such as dragon boat racing, off-road karting, and CS tactical combat, employees strengthened their bonds through teamwork, collaboration, and laughter.

At 8:00 a.m., all participants gathered on time and departed for the venue. After a brief ice-breaking warm-up and team assignment session, the dragon boat race kicked off the day’s activities. Accompanied by the powerful rhythm of the drumbeats, each team gradually progressed from initial coordination to synchronized paddling, truly demonstrating the spirit of “paddling as one.” The cheers and raised arms at the finish line vividly reflected the team spirit of unity, cooperation, and shared commitment.

In the afternoon, employees took part in an off-road karting experience, enjoying speed and excitement while ensuring safety at all times. Whether through friendly competition on the track or mutual encouragement among teammates, the activity showcased the team’s positive energy and harmonious atmosphere.

The CS tactical combat activity then brought the event to its climax. Facing a complex and fast-changing “battlefield,” each team demonstrated clear role division and seamless coordination. From fire suppression to flank attacks, every action was closely connected, fully highlighting the trust and strong collaboration among teammates.

As the sun set, the team-building event came to a successful conclusion. This activity was not only a practical exercise in physical endurance and teamwork, but also an opportunity for employees to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen shared goals through completing challenges together. Colleagues from different departments built stronger bonds of trust as they held the same paddle and aimed toward the same objective.
