With the official establishment of JYT Vietnam, the company organized a carefully planned team-building event on November 16 to strengthen team cohesion, promote mutual understanding, and allow members to enjoy the beauty of nature amidst their busy work schedules.
As the sun rose, the group embarked on an exploration of the Trang An Ecotourism Complex, setting off on a joyful boat ride. The boat glided through crystal-clear rivers, surrounded by uniquely shaped limestone formations that, together with the valleys, created breathtaking natural scenery.
By noon, the team arrived at a restaurant for lunch. In a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, members of the parent company introduced new employees to the history, corporate culture, and vision of the Sixxon Group. They also explained the organizational structure and responsibilities of various departments in Vietnam, sharing their work experiences and insights. New members took this opportunity to express their expectations and goals. Through these exchanges, the team grew closer and more harmonious.
After lunch and a short break, the group set out for Bai Dinh Pagoda, renowned for its massive scale and unique architectural style. Here, they had the rare opportunity to witness the largest bronze statue of Shakyamuni Buddha in Southeast Asia, weighing 100 tons—an awe-inspiring sight that left everyone deeply impressed.
This team-building event not only allowed new employees to experience the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Vietnam but also fostered deeper understanding and communication among team members. It provided new employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and a valuable opportunity to integrate quickly into the team and define their career paths.
With innovative thinking and a rigorous work ethic, this exceptional team is poised to deeply cultivate the Vietnamese market and explore endless possibilities for the future!
