To protect the personal freedom of all employees within the company, ensure that all employees employed by the company are recruited voluntarily, and avoid the occurrence of human trafficking, human slavery, and other incidents, JYT revised the “Prohibited Sales Control Procedure” in 2022 as the basic rules and commitments that all the company’s employees, contractors, and suppliers must comply with and comply with together.

JYT promises as follows:
The Human Resources Department is responsible for formulating the “Personnel Recruitment Management Procedures” and shall not employ forced, bonded (including debt bondage), or indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery, or human trafficking. This includes not transporting, harboring, recruiting, transferring, or receiving such labor or services through threats, coercion, abduction, or deception. In addition to prohibiting unreasonable restrictions on access to and from the workplace, there must also be no unreasonable restrictions on employees’ freedom of movement in the workplace.
