In a show of appreciation for the hard work and dedication of JYT’s team members, the company recently organized a spectacular two-day employee retreat from November 3rd to 4th. Representing CEO Kevin Lin, Directors Alex Lin and Carol Yeh led the event, which saw an impressive turnout, with over 90% of our workforce in attendance.

Our unforgettable employee retreat commenced at Taipei’s Guandu Wharf, where our team set sail on a picturesque yacht cruise, immersing themselves in the breathtaking landscapes while relishing delectable meals. Injecting an element of fun and flair into the day, a retro costume contest sparked creativity among our team, enabling each member to showcase their unique personalities through vintage fashion. As the day unfolded, the festivities seamlessly transitioned into the evening, with team members delighting in an overnight stay at the esteemed Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Taipei. This lavish accommodation provided a well-deserved respite, offering our hardworking employees the opportunity to unwind and recharge.

By dismantling conventional workplace barriers, our recent event went beyond the usual confines of departments and hierarchies. Team members across all levels seamlessly connected, cultivating a profound sense of unity and camaraderie.
